EnVyUs have booked their spot at ESL One Cologne after disposing of Cloud9 16-12 on Cobblestone.

The match began with Cloud9 denying EnVyUs' A split in the pistol round and following it up with an anti-eco. A tec9 B execute from EnVyUs in the third round wreaked havoc in Cloud9's defense, however, and powered them to equalise the score at 2-2.

Cloud9 then regained control of proceedings and strung three rounds together, but EnVyUs grew in the game as it wore on and secured six rounds in a row. The Frenchmen were threatening to run away with the lead, but Jake "⁠Stewie2K⁠" Yip rescued his team with a series of key AWP kills to keep the deficit to a minimum.

EnVyUs recover Major spot 

EnVyUs got off to a fantastic start on the CT side, winning the first five rounds to bring the scoreline to a 13-7 advantage. That is when Cloud9's offense flourished, but as they threatened to equalise, the Frenchmen got their act together, locking down the map 16-12.
